1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Reclaim Ethically ("Company", "we", "us", "our") for digital asset recovery services, you ("Client", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reclaim Ethically. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with our services.

2. Service Description & Scope

Reclaim Ethically provides specialized digital asset recovery services including but not limited to:

• Cryptocurrency and digital asset tracing and recovery
• Wire transfer and banking fraud investigation
• Romance and relationship scam recovery
• Business email compromise (BEC) investigations
• Investment and forex scam recovery
• Digital forensic analysis and evidence collection
• Legal coordination and asset freeze requests

Important: Our services involve investigation and recovery efforts. We cannot guarantee 100% recovery of lost assets.

3. Client Responsibilities

To facilitate successful recovery operations, you agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate information regarding the fraud incident
• Preserve all digital evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, communications)
• Cooperate fully with our investigation team
• Provide necessary legal authorizations for investigation
• Maintain confidentiality regarding ongoing investigations

4. Fee Structure & Payment Terms

Our recovery services operate on a success-based fee model:

• Initial Consultation: Complimentary assessment
• Retainer Fee: Non-refundable retainer to initiate investigation
• Success Fee: Percentage of successfully recovered assets
• Additional Costs: Third-party expenses billed separately

No Recovery, No Fee Policy: For traceable assets, if no recovery is achieved, no success fee is charged beyond the retainer.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client identity, case details, and recovery outcomes. Exceptions include legal requirements and law enforcement cooperation. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable privacy regulations.

6. Legal Compliance & Ethical Standards

Reclaim Ethically operates under strict ethical and legal guidelines. All investigations comply with applicable laws, we maintain attorney-client privilege, and refuse cases involving money laundering or illegal activities.

7. Limitations of Liability

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We do not guarantee specific recovery outcomes. Recovery timelines vary. Maximum liability limited to fees paid for services.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice, breach of terms, discovery of fraudulent information, or legal conflicts. Upon termination, all work completed remains billable.

9. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes resolved through negotiation, mediation, or binding arbitration. Legal proceedings in applicable jurisdiction.
